Harry Julian has been a very influencial personality on the Auckland, New Zealand waterfront for many years. Not only has he been involved with & co-ordinated rescues at sea, saved ships from certain demise, but the man has been influencial in many various spheres of politcial importance within the country as well as the nearby Pacific Islands. He has known the hard times from an early age when he he learnt the trade of the sea from his father, until the times he has been involved with multi-national companies & big business. He has experienced the highs, but he has also been able to sample the pits, as he scrapped himself from the floor of collapsed business deals & political rejection.
