Capt. Al and Julie cruised from Detroit Michigan via inland waters to FortLauderdale Florida. From there it was on to Hawaii and eventually to their Polynesian cottage at Hotel Molokai. All the while they cooked gourmet meals in a yacht galley or tiny kitchen when on land. They sampled and collected regional recipes from every port of call.
